Q: So how does it work?
A: Simple. Once your league decides to hold its draft with The Fantasy Draft, one member of the league (usually your commissioner) reserves a location and a date with a deposit. The Fantasy Draft will then email the members of your league, providing a direct link to your league’s reservation page.

Q: Do I have to use your Commissioner service?
A: No. In fact, we are not affiliated with a commissioner service. Your league has been running fine using the commissioner service of your choice, why would we want to tell you that you have to change it? The venue for your draft is different (and much cooler); everything else stays the same.

Q: Do you provide air and ground transportation? Or hotel?
A: We leave that up to you. We focus on what we know – giving you the best draft day experience there is! Of course, we have marketing partners who will be happy to assist you with all of your travel needs – feel free to contact us if you don’t see a link to what you’re looking for, and we’ll steer you in the right direction. Also, your VIP package will include information on local hotspots.

Q: How large a league can you accommodate?
A: We have rooms for all size groups. Most leagues have 10-12 members.

Q: Can we hold the draft if not all of the members can be there in person?
A: Yes, assuming your league has the ability to hold its draft over the Internet as well as in person. All suites have either wired or wireless broadband Internet access unless otherwise noted.

Q: What if I only have 6 members of my league that can make it?
A: No problem! Unfortunately due to our costs we will be forced to add on a surcharge for any league with less than 8 members.

Q: What if I sign up and then can’t make it?
A: If an individual cancels after having paid, he or she will be charged a nominal cancellation fee of $50. If an entire league cancels its reservation more than 2 weeks prior to the draft date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one player. If the league cancels within 2 weeks of the draft date, we will be unable to refund any monies. For more information please see our Refund Policy .
